To view received emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Log in to your Gmail account by visiting the Gmail website (https://mail.google.com) and entering your email address and password.
After logging in, you will be directed to your Gmail inbox, where you can see a list of your received emails.
By default, your inbox displays the most recent emails at the top. You can scroll down to view older emails.
To open and read a specific email, click on the subject line of the email in the inbox. This will open the email in a new window or tab, depending on your Gmail settings.
Within the email, you can view the sender's name and email address, the subject line, and the content of the email. You can also see any attachments that were sent along with the email.
If you receive multiple emails from the same sender, Gmail groups them together as a conversation. Clicking on one email within the conversation will expand it, allowing you to view the entire thread of messages exchanged with that sender.
After reading an email, you can take various actions. You can reply to the email by clicking on the "Reply" button, located above or below the email content. You can also forward the email, archive it, mark it as spam, or delete it, depending on your preferences and the options available in Gmail.
To navigate between different sections of your Gmail account, you can use the menu on the left-hand side of the interface. You can access folders such as Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, and Trash, as well as other labels you may have created.
Remember to regularly check your inbox for new emails, as well as any other relevant folders or labels where incoming emails may be automatically sorted based on filters or rules your's set up.
